This healing journey is personal.

Have you ever stopped to look at your life and wonder how you got here? Do you ever turn on yourself with guilt or shame, realizing you’ve worked so hard to avoid the very struggles you’re now facing? Have you ever just felt lost—like you’ve failed yourself and everyone around you? Have you ever spiraled down the rabbit hole of your own mind, searching and searching, but finding no clear answers?

If you’ve ever said yes to any of these questions, then we already have something in common. These very thoughts gave life to The Diary of an Unloved Lover Girl—a raw, real-time story of my journey through trauma, self-discovery, and healing.

This is me learning in real time—growing, stumbling, healing—as I try to uncover the truths and lessons my life has been quietly teaching me. My hope is that by sharing my process, I can reach others walking a similar path—and that together, we can build a space rooted in understanding, healing, and support.

Even though I don’t always meet people who view the world the way I do, I know my tribe is out there. There is nothing new under the sun. If the people around you don’t understand you, it doesn’t mean you won’t ever find your people—it just means you haven’t reached the right space yet.

Ultimately, this is my way of finding my space, my people, my purpose—and hopefully helping someone else find theirs too.

Happy healing, from me to you.
